It’s unimaginable how many people in the L.A. area must have walked by this dog in dire need of rescue before one anonymous Good Samaritan contacted Ghetto Rescue Ffoundation (GRFF). She was really far gone, and it’s hard to tell exactly how long she was out there, but it was clearly too long. Luckily, the foundation, in collaboration with volunteers and the LAPD, set up a rescue operation as soon as possible. These 9 pictures below will melt your heart but thank’s of God she is good.
#1- This is Spirit Golden Heart, named by the anonymous caller.

Abandonment of any living thing is a terrible sin. Beyond that are those who inflict such cruelty in the form of dog fighting, puppy mills, and the vicious dog meat trade. The laws are not strong enough or the punishments painful enough yet to put a stop to these crimes. Sadder still, are the numbers of people who walked past this particular dog while it slowly starved until one good soul sought help. How can that be?
